Hitchin Lacrosse is an enthusiastic and friendly club with active men’s, ladies’, mixed and junior teams. The club has two mens teams, the first team playing in the SEMLA Premiership and the second playing in East 3. The ladies team play in Division One and enter developing tournaments and organise friendlies for the newer players.
